There's a great chile marinade that I like, then slow cooking until the meat falls off the bone, then removed and coated with more marinade and baked to set the glaze. Then additions to the cooking liquid to make a soup to serve separately.

I wanted to make it this Saturday but forgot it's the Russian Festival and my friends are running the vodka booth so, you know, I need to GO and also make this when they can help me eat it!
