I made it in my little 3 qt pumpkin pot - the chicken fit just perfectly in the pot, so there wasn't much room for the onions and stuff.
My 4 1/2 pounder took close to the 110 minute end of the range instead of the 80 minutes. Not sure if it's because the pot was too small, but it worked smileys/smile.gif
Very nice chicken-y flavor, and the onions didn't melt to mush (I thought it would). Such an easy recipe - love it!!
