Hey, Joe, and other duck fat lovers! Bacon, Blue Cheese & Duck Fat Roasted Potato Salad

Had an appetizer at a pub recently called Buffalo Blue Balls

My sister had to order them because she loved the name. I think they would be easy to make. Ground chicken fritters with lots of crumbled blue mixed into the chilled mix and then Franks or other pepper sauce mixed with the dredging egg wash before they were rolled in fine bread crumbs and fried. Yum.
