Ingredients:
6 garlic bulbs { Garlic}
1 Chicken
Salt
Grasses(Herbs) (thyme,Oregano,Rosemary) or an ulna of varied grasses(herbs) crumbled in water)
Olive oil
Pepper to taste
Recipe:
1-To wash the chicken, without skin(leather), coffee with a dash of milk in chunks and the breast in strips. (Better if the majority of the bones is extracted)
2-To place in a source(fountain) the oil, the salt and the pepper and the garlics crushed as mash, more the crumbled caldito.
3-To support the preys and to daub them with the garlic.
4-To stop to rest approximately two hours turning constant, this way good is impregnated and to put it in average oven for 1 hour and a half slowly.
