pack the Saco cocoa powder in ziplocks, so more could fit into a small flat rate box. AngAK was kind enough to send the cocoa to me, and was able to fit 2 cans (10 oz each) into the small box by using the ziplocks.

Thanks again for finding a solution - otherwise, the shipping cost would have been much worse!
