Not if it's chocolate and in MY freezer!

 
It never lasts here either (as if you didn't know) smileys/smile.gif Ever since I made this ice cream, I've been

craving more. I'm going to have to do another batch soon, but not too soon - I'm trying to hold back - it's hard!

Have you thought about subbing 1/2 cup of the whipping cream with 1/2 cup of sour cream?

I absolutely adore Bittersweet Chocolate and Sour Cream Ganache and was wondering if you'd thought about that and how you might go about incorporating it since you've already made this.

And then, there's always cream cheese...

Bittersweet Chocolate Cream Cheese Ganache Ice Cream??? I used to make this amazing concoction when I was a tot called "Ice Box Fudge" that was cream cheese, vanilla, Hershey's cocoa, butter, and powdered sugar stirred up and frozen. It seemed very close to ice cream.

It was sinful.

I'm feeling faint...

Yo Richard, I haven't tried it with sour cream, and am too drained and tired right now to figure out

how to incorporate it (just got back from being tortured by the dentist). But I'm sure you'll figure out a way smileys/wink.gif And do let me know how it turns out!
