Hey Paul, did you ask about roasting pumpkin seeds without removing the pulp?

I have no idea why it stuck in my head (obviously rattling around in all that empty space) but I was just reading an old Martha Stewart 2019 LIVING magazine and they say not to remove the pulp when roasting: it will caramelize in the oven, adding sweet flavor and texture. Here's a photo from the mag:

 
Thank you. As I recall at the time we had gotten several different types of melon and squash seeds and we tried a few like this. Some of them were really good, seasoned. 2019 wasn't that long ago. I think she stole the idea from me. (kidding)
