Yes! I freeze it all the time. It keeps for months--I've used some after 6 mths, and it's been
fine. I divide my curd into 1-cup or 1/2-cup packages before storing in the freezer so then I don't have to thaw a whole batch at once. Never had a problem with the quality of any curd--lemon, orange, lime--after freezing and thawing. I pull it out of the freezer and thaw it overnight in the refrigerator.
