sans the sugar and sherry, and more oyster sauce, using the oven method and they were delish. I never thought of doing these on the grill. Does the skin get crispy? I have thought this would be a good recipe for drums and thighs too. Especially when you can get chicken quarters so inexepensively sometimes. I will definitely try these on the grill next time.
