Well, things have calmed down and I can breathe again. I have missed you guys and thought of you every day! Even came back once or twice for a recipe or two but my husband has been doing a lot of cooking and we've been doing a lot of frozen stuff. Three university courses, three paying contracts, three boys enrolled in hockey and guitar practice etc, and I barely had time to think (and yes, I also did Vavroom's website, although that was a few months ago).
Now I'm at my mom's, have NOTHING to do but prepare for Christmas Eve, and I can't even remember what one is supposed to do with oneself when they have nothing to do! lol Came back for MariaDNoCA's Roast Prime Rib au Poivre which, since she first posted it for me that very first year here at FK, has become our Christmas Eve tradition. I *may* even bake a batch of Christmas cookies.
) My son has requested Lemon Bars. Don't think I'm up to decorated Sugar Cookies just yet but Lemon Bars I can handle!
