Azure water, Palm trees, bottles of Cote de Provence..the blue ones, sitting in chilled ice-water buckets...
"Right NOW" a plate of Pita, warm from the oven, cut into wedges and served on a round platter with sections of anchovies, tapande, hummus, brinjal....more wine, beautiful sea, sexy waiters....lapping up service, shrimp tampura, a wonderful dish of Maz. cheest, tomatoes on scewers, basil-evoo-dip...more wine, warm, soft cushioned bench chairs on the beach, sexy waiters still service on the ball topping up wine glasses...more chit-chat, azure sea, sky...wine...OH BOY>
It is great...a little pricey BUT still delightful...what a way to enjoy lunch.

All is well, thanks Pat. ....

I was getting a little bored not living on the yacht anymore and so I have started immersing myself in work and things that have little to do with that way of life, land lubbing sort of jobs....life was running smoothly and even though I was busy I had the "time and motion" down pat so I made plenty of time to be here ....but..... now it is a case of using the computor, being out on the job, filling in in our own business, and doing things with my cubs AND I haven't quite "found the Groove" to make the time to be here never mind cook up a storm...dang!
...this Week-end we have the Queen coming so it will be out in full regalia my cubs will be, I hope with good behaviour etc as well.....
I am getting itchy not cooking much but you know what I miss most of all, is putting the menu together (then going to see what I can buy)
Now it's the case of "better use that up quickly" leftovers are big, or micro/steam and it's so boring.
Last night we had, left over wild rice and basmati, left over torttalini, chopped up tomatoes, covered in pesto (homemade) and grated cheese. I was so hungry and so tired and well, that's life!
Take care.
