Mexican Icebox cake was a hit and not that hard to make.

Did Bobby Flay's Ancho Coffe Rub on some whole beef tenderloins tonight. It's on Epi, called for cutting into steaks, but wondered rub might be a little over powering on all surfaces. Was excellent, think I'll try steaks next time?

Have done kpinky's green peppercorn sauce on salmon twice. And getting requests to do carmalized endive on anything!!

Still really tired, don't have everything organized yet. Hard to do and feed them also. Putting in a couple of extra hours every morning first thing to work on it.

Job is going well, looks like we may head down to California (bay area) after this for a short job.
