I do avoid HFCS
After reading how it bypasses your body's natural "just say no" circuit to eating more sweets, that plus my Aunt & Mom's type 2 diabetes, I have cut out HGCS. Now, I look for sodas etc with cane sugar, if I have to have something like that. And, in general, I try not to eat any processed foods or faux-foods.
Although tonight I had one Ding Dong. And I didn't eat the second one. Life is too short to eat gross stuff.
