Holy Dairy: Theo caramel with 2 cups of chopped pecans. Heaven!

A while back I posted my first perfect success with caramel using Theo's Caramel recipe

I have since made it six times and it is perfect every time. Yesterday I added 2 cups of pecan pieces before pouring it out and just tasted it.

And tasted it.

And tasted it.

I actually timed the last batch and it was 25 minutes, start to finish. Let me know if you're interested and I'll add more details. (I'm working from home right now and should actually, you know, be working.)
