I tried Melissa's idea of putting the recipe in MyFitnessPal.

8x8" pan.

2" squares = 16 servings

Each serving:

365 calories

21 grams carbs

31 grams fat

9 grams protein (Weren't these called PROTEIN BARS???)

1.5" squares = 36 servings

157 calories

9 grams carbs

14 grams fat

4 grams protein

1" squares = 64 servings

90 calories

5 grams carbs

8 grams fat

2 grams protein.

I won't be testing these. Too much fat and far too little protein for the calorie hit. Myfitnesspal did not provide the fiber count.

Isn't it frustrating? I just can't figure how to do this without sky high carbs and/or fat

Might as well eat cookies or cake for breakfast.

Dang I miss those vanilla almond bars...
