have had in a long time. I made the Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin,posted by Sylvia, yum, Copper Pennies carrots, posted by RVB, wonderful, Potato Latkes, salad and the Boccone Dolch, for dessert

that Michael in Phoenix posted. My kids went nuts over the dessert. In fact they each ate 2 servings of the dessert and I got raves galore. Thanks Michael!!!

Everything was so delicious. Guess I haven't lost my touch after all. LOL

 
Congrats, Misplaced! Sounds wonderful!

We enjoyed our Boston Market takeout meal I think because it was so easy and nonstressing for after church! It was so nice to have only desserts to make on Saturday! It was defininately a first but for this year, at least, worked great for our family! Since we met at my daughter's house for lunch I got off pretty easy this year! My coconut cream and banana cream pies and the strawberry shortcake were half gone when we left!

So glad to hear your meal was all you had hoped for!

 
Ditto! Hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and Passover...

Mine was awful, I was travelling all day with all the related headaches...cancelled flights, delayed flights, missed flights (yes, all three!), and a missing suitcase to top it all off. I did however stop in an airport Sweet Shop and celebrate Easter and drown my sorrows in some high-ticket chocolate truffles. Needless to say there was NO cooking for me that day.
