Hope the cranberries look better for most of you than they do here in WA

I went T-giving shopping today and was just disgusted at the selection of fresh cranberries. Locally, the stores all carry Ocean Spray bags of 12-oz. cranberries. Every bag had the saddest, smallest looking cranberries I've ever seen. They looked TERRIBLE!

By chance, I found a really nice 7-oz. box of organic cranberries. They were big and plump, but expensive... I think I'll just make a half batch of cranberry sauce this year.

Hope the selection is better for most of you!

The ones I found here in MO - Ocean Spray....

are big, plump and gorgeous, just like normal. Wonder what the deal is???

That's strange.

12 oz bags started last year.

I paid $1.50 a bag this year for the 2 I bought this week.

Our's were very sad too---I had to pick out shriveled and mushy and white ones. $3 a bag. yikes
