Hot and Sour Soup--ATC: authentic and GOOD!!

I'm not sure I'm supposed to post

the recipe, I remember a post where America's Test Kitchen was going after blogs where their recipes appeared. I don't want to get Mimi in trouble!

But I must say their hot and sour soup recipe is dead on, easy and perfect. Be sure to watch the how-to video, as the egg part is a little tricky.

Boy was it good!

That's the one! It's really good--"restaurant quality" according to DH.

I was afraid to post the link, I read somewhere here on the forum how another blogger got busted by the CI/ATK group for posting their recipes, even if they were credited with it. Did anyone else see that?
