How clever is this! Use Mason jar LIDS to bake individual tarts. I am so stealing this idea.

Oh, how fun, I want to do this for company next month. OK, so, I have not bought graham crackers

for a long time. What does it mean by graham cracker sheets? As I recall, they come in a twosome. Is that considered one sheet?

I think a sheet would be 4 crackers (rectangle) rather than 2 (square). See, this is why weight is

so nice. But until this is resolved, I would make half a basic graham cracker pie recipe and put any leftover crumbs in the freezer.

King Arthur 9" graham cracker pie crust:

1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted (3/4 stick)

Spread in lightly sprayed 9" pie pan.
Bake 350 for 6-8 minutes. Don't overbake. It will harden more in the refrigerator.
==
6 1/4 ounces graham cracker crumbs
1 oz granulated sugar
3 ounces butter, melted

==
177g graham cracker crumbs
25 grams granulated sugar
85g butter, melted

*To make an almond graham crust, use 2/3 cup almond flour and 2/3 cup graham crumbs, along with the butter and sugar. Bake as directed.
