How do you Cream Cheese?

I use it most of the time....

and find it very acceptable.
I figure if it has 1/3 less fat, I can use 1/3 more! LOL

 
me too. If a cheesecake calls for many blocks, I usually substitute half for the lite.

I think it makes a bit softer, less sturdy product after baking, so I supplement a bit of the real thing. In dips and such, I use it for the entire amount and no one can tell the difference. I don't care for the fat free though.

 
Agree completely about the fat free. I use the Neufchatel regularly for pretty much...

...anything except baking and sauces.
