How do you interpret these temps and times?

This is to cook 4 skinless chicken breasts that have been marinated in harissa, olive oil and driend oregano. Directions read: Heat oven to 200 C/fan 180 C/gas 6. Put chicken in roasting poan. Cover with foil and roast for 5 minutes (yes, 5), then remove foil add cherry tomatoes and roast for 10 more mins. until tomato skins burst and chicken is cooked through. I've never cooked a chicken breast in 15 mins, but maybe I should try? They wouldn't be so dry. Seriously, though what do you think? Its a BBC recipe.

Looks like...

...raw chicken to me.

200 C = 395 F, and I interpret "fan" to mean in a convection oven.

180 C = 356 F, and by "gas" I think they mean a regular, non-convection oven.

15 minutes, total? Only if you like your chicken raw.

I wonder if chicken breasts there are smaller than here. I 'm making stir-fry tonight with a half

boneless breast that weighs 12 oz. No way would it be cooked in the amount of time in the recipe, even though I see that temp is 400 degrees F.. Do you know what your chicken breasts weigh? Looks really good, I hope someone will have an answer for you.

Sounds like much too short a time, assuming each breast (or technically half breast)

is about 1/2 lb each. For 1/2 lb chicken breasts, first I usually coat them and sear in a skillet until browned, about 2 minutes per side, then bake at 350 F about 20-22 minutes. They always come out nice and moist.
