How good do these look? Cooking for a crowd: Hot Oven Sammies

We've been making a version of these for years - they are great

we make them with the little tiny Pepperidge Farm 'finger' dinner rolls that come in the foil trays - cut the whole sheet of them in half and make them. Let them sit overnight and then you bake. Great for brunches, parties, etc. I assemble them and freeze for a quick appetizer to have on hand for unexpected guests. My recipe calls for baking longer which gives them a little 'crust' and really melts the cheese nicely. Then you just cut between all the rolls for bite sized sammies.

Another twist is to use Italian meats and provolone cheese and even a little olive salad.

You won't believe how good these are!

Awesome! This is the first I've seen something like that (Brilliant, wonder what took so long?)

Is there a reason you need to refrigerate them? I am going to make these for an

afterschool snack/lunch for the kids. I know they will love them. Thanks for posting this easy going recipe!
