I know, weird question...but isn't it as good as the eggs in it? Seems like it would be, but wondered.
Have a batch of snickerdoodle* dough that didn't make it into the freezer I made about 3 weeks ago before I fell down and went boom. Was wondering if it's still good - I honestly have no room in the freezer for it, so was trying to decide what to do with it.
*this dough was already kind of strange in that I made it ahead to bake-off at my SIL's. So it spent overnight in the fridge...where it seemed to leak butter. Yellow oily stuff. I'd never seen this before (also never put snickerdoodle dough in the fridge before), but I recalled someone mentioning TJ's butter had a lot of water in it, so wondered if that was it. The cookies baked up fine, but I did have to remix dough at her house to incorporate. This is 1/2 of the same stuff.
