How long will caramels keep? I'm thinking about making a batch of these (link) for the hubs

Those look lovely and I could use up one of the many bottles of beer left from the Mexican dinner.

They took FOREVER to come up to temperature, but they look really pretty. smileys/smile.gif

I dip my caramels in bittersweet chocolate and freeze them.

They keep very well.
