In Charley's usual style, I was just privately corrected. Charley states that the standard
is 1:1 and while I know that is one of the options usually used particularly in cooking, in my experience with cocktails (and Lord knows I've had a few) the standard is usually 2:1. Mojitos are on my 'well-loved list' and I'm betting most bartenders will use a 2:1 as did my favourite bartender.
