Now I have seen the video, I seem to remember something about opening a wine bottle by pounding it on something; I read about it years ago, but never had the need to try it! I am going to have to try this soon, just for fun-- and it will help me remember it.

just pushed and pushed into the cork along one side till it pushed in.
