How to speed-peel a potato

I'm thinking...

that I may try this, but I'm also thinking that grabbing a hot potato that has only been in ice water for 5 seconds may be a bit hard on the hands. A couple of paper towels may be needed.

I've done this- just pull the skin off while in the ice water if too hot otherwise......

Same way you peel a tomato -- tomato, potato, bahama, bermuda.... didn't know you could do this!! :
