trussed like this before. After watching the video about three times, I know darn well I’ll forget what’s to be done and get tangled up in frustration while doing so. I really don’t need that aggravation. I can’t very well run to my bedroom where my computer is with greasy hands to start and stop the video again. So, I’ve provided photos here to make it easy for you and I in case we forget. I couldn't find any other website with step-by-step photos.

Cool, I bought a chicken that was trussed in that manner, I think it was from FM, but they've

stopped doing that. Bon Appetit or Gourmet had the directions and I tried it, but it was harder than it looked, imo. And I did have to keep going back to the instructions.
