Details please,do you use flax oil after use and cleaning or only when doing a full seasoning job. I
just stuck a skillet in the oven covered with the oil for the 4th round of re-seasoning. The finish seems great, very slick and shiny but I only cleaned the skillet with a brush and some steel wool and now think I should have stripped it first. I hope this works okay. Next skillet, I'll strip with oven cleaner first.
