when I copied the recipe from one computer to another, for some reason the amount of butter did not come across.

Here is the Cookie Crust crust recipe:

- 3 cups Oreo cookies

- .. cup butter, melted

- 2-3 tablespoons sugar

I am guessing 1/4 cup

oli, oli, oli, you can't just tease us like that saying "pie crust" and "oreo cookies" in the

same breath. You gotta share the recipe. Don't make us beg, cuz we will. smileys/wink.gif

Give me a time period you will promise to make it and I will produce the recipe.

I have had this recipe in my file waiting to be made and evaluated.

I would start with 1/4 cup and then add more if needed

The inside of an oreo also acts as glue (like butter).

I would separate many cookies, remove filling and cut back on butter

and still leave some of the creamy middles with the reduced butter - but we are "seeking a lower fat lifestyle." Cutting back on fat in graham/Oreo/cookie crusts provides crumble left in the pie plate to use for topping each piece! Colleen

Oli, you can make your life simpler yet--they sell the Oreos already crumbled for you with the

recipe on the package!!
