I finally figured out which one Ina Garten uses for her cooking, as I spotted it one time when the camera guy gave us a peek. She uses Olio Santo evoo, and first cold pressed. It is amazing. I also love their Olio Santo Roasted Garlic oil. Placed an order today for more oils, am trying their persian lime, and a white balsamic vinegar. I'm okay, able to walk with a cane now, which is great progress. It's been a hard year and I'm really depressed actually but I'm trying to just focus on the improvements and not the overall crapiness. Looking forward to seeing my mom and sister tomorrow for a week+ and some time off work, which has been pretty ghastly.
