I am making atichoke stuffed sour dough, which has sour cream. parm, cheddar, and jack

with melted butter and garlic for a lunch here tomorrow. Can I stuff the bread now or should I refrigerate the choke and cheese mixture and stuff it into the bread tomorrow?
