will it be okay to freeze them after I cook them, or should I cook them and then freeze them? I would prefer the latter, but I want them to be good. Thanks!

 
John's job for several years required traveling for long periods

and I spent a lot of time learning how to make pot stickers, wonton etc. but I froze them and then when he came home I cooked them. I can vouch for them freezing fine uncooked. Don't know about freezing after cooking.
