I am cheating and using refrigerated cookie dough and a boxed mix of brownies. I am also adding a layer of Smucker's caramel sauce on top of the Oreos and after they come out of the oven, I am drizzling the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkling toasted pecans on top.

How can they not be good? It seems like you could do a lot of variations with different cookie doughs, brownies and cookies, like subbing peanut butter cookie dough for the chocolate chip cookie dough. Yum!!!

I just did a bar cookie with a banana bread bottom, p-nut butter middle & brownie mix on top. Yum,

Not nearly as decadent as yours, Dawn but it' a start.

SOmeone brought similar to work - made in a cupcake pan - cc cookie bottom, oreo, brownie top. Yum!

I will say one thing. The recipe calls for aluminum foil to line the pan,

make sure you use it rather than using parchment paper as I did. Will not do that again!

I don't know why, but there was moisture on the parchment paper

from the bars, and it tore when I started trying to take them out. It took Bub, me and a spatula to get them out of the pan. I don't know if it was because I add the caramel sauce to the recipe, but I will definitely use aluminum foil next time.
