I am so excited! Found a Philips Airfryer XL for $50.00. Woman in town is moving to condo

it is too large for her new space. She said she only used it 4 times. It didn't "work" for her way of cooking. She's staying in town, and assures me it works, or she will let me return it to her. It is on Amazon for $299.00. Now, the hard part for me is to wait until mothers day to use it! I always use my occasions to justify a new "MUST HAVE : ) " gadget!

Now, to figure out how to use this! I am currently looking at SallyBR blog and ThisOldGal.com for rec. Any recommendations / advise? This is a new one for me!
