I baked Dorie Greenspans wonderful Spiced Cranberry Bundt Cake today

I had cranberries left from Christmas. I left out the dried cranberries (forgot to pick them up), but the cake is wonderful. Moist, wonderful crumb, not too tart at all.

I'll take half to work tomorrow or I'll eat it all.

I made this over the holidays and wasn't especially fond of it. While I like 5 Spice powder,

there was part of the mix that just didn't work for me and muddied the flavors. Maybe it was my 5 spice blend. Think I'd do the recipe again but without the spices.

 
Glad you liked it Ann--sorry you didn't Steve--I didn't think the 5 spice dominated in mine. maybe..

because it is a bit old. BG.
