that they have just about the strangest website I've ever seen. Very user-unfriendly! I still can't figure out how to do a site search on there, but I googled Wensleydale and Trader Joes and only one irrelevant item came back, so I guess they don't carry it.

Someday I'll buy the 3-lb wheel from Amazon, I guess. :eek:( I did find some mango sauce from TJ's at a local scratch and dent store, so I bought that - excited to try it.

Pounds creeping up there again since I hurt my knee in the fall. Hardly walk at all anymore. Gotta do that, even though it's REALLY painful. Thanks again!

 
Dawn, is it the thick mango chutney-type stuff in the tall skinny jar?

I chop it up fine and use it in chicken salad.

 
It's also good with fish as a sauce.

I cooked some fish in butter, then removed it to a plate and add some chutney to the pan with a little cream. It made a delicious sauce for the fish.
(Now if I only liked mango! I made mine with pineapple chutney, yum!) It would be good with chicken or pork tenderloin too.

give your and Dawn_MO's suggestions a try. Still haven't opened it. I guess it's been discontinued at TJ's. Thanks.
