I'm making braised eggplant as a side with dinner tonight and the finishing sauce called for roasted red pepper as one of the ingredients. Out of my pantry I pulled Delallo Roasted pepperazzi. I had never had these before, so had to taste, they are delicious. They are a round red pepper with a unique sweet, fiery flavor roasted to a smoky finish..

Suggested uses are: Smoky Pepperazzi & Fontina Grilled Cheese, Feta, Spinach & Pepperazzi Quiche, Zesty Tuna Salad with Chopped Pepperazzi & Capers,

Italian Panini with Sweet & Spicy Pepperazzi Mayo Spread.

These sound so good, don't they?

Peppers lay flat into half moons in the jar, no seeds at all.
