I figured it out -- hope I didn't need some kind of permission......

okay then, just go into your post here and copy the text. go to the top of this page and you will

see a selection for "T&T Hall of Fame". click on that and then go down to the pork category. then make a new post, just like on this forum, and paste in the recipe. You can do it! And if you haven't taken a look in there, you will be surprised to find many old favorites from the olden days of Gail's. It's a great resource.

Made these for dinner tonight. Fabulous!

I only used 1 chipolte chili and it was hot enough for us.
Also, I used ground buffalo (bison) instead of pork.

I made a milder version for the kidlets using spaghetti sauce. I

am however making the chipotle version for the adults tomorrow night for cards. The kids loved them, and I love the idea of stuffing the meatballs, it makes your mind fly all over with the possibilities of what you can stuff them with. Thanks Sandra for a great recipe!

also Sandra, the original poster, and it goes back to the old Gail's. Pat,

do you how to post it in T&T?

I'm so happy you all liked them!

it's a versatile recipe, you can tweak so many things..

sometimes I make it with half pork, half veal, sometimes pork and beef, etc...

you can also change the cheese you use for stuffing or you can vary the type of chile that goes in
