I went to make it using Ann's recipe and discovered we didn't have a beer in the house. So I decided to make a bbq brisket out of it. I didn't remember that it is already corned, I guess. I slow cooked it with bbq sauce, chili sauce and a packet of onion soup mix. Yuck!!! I should have just waited until I bought some beer. I won't be doing that again soon.
