I finally got around to making this roasted pork loin recipe from Caprial

Pence that charlie posted a while back and wow was it good! We loved it, so in case someone else has made it, I say it should go in T&T. The only change I did was I don't have plum honey so I used my orange blossom and it was fantastic. Easy and Yum!http://eat.at/swap/forum/index.php?action=display&forumid=1&msgid=163994

Hope 1 more will try it so it can go in T&T. I'm about to go make a couple

of pork, Swiss and caramelized onion paninis. Sounds like the right thing to do to me.
