good - different, but I'd make some changes next time. I usually make a recipe exactly as written the first time. Changes I'd make would be:

-less (or no) salt

-less black pepper

-maybe a little less lemon juice (too tangy for me)

-replace half the mayo with canola or light olive oil

Other than that, very good, and I imagine it'd be great with fish. We had it with blue turkey burgers and green beans, iced tea, and apple pie. Yumm, a good dinner (thanks, Sylvia!).
