I find this so very interesting and fascinating - Jim Denevan "Outstanding in the Field" his cook

I have the book and it's fascinating. The photography is incredible! And of course,

I love the idea of bringing togther a group of people over great food. Standing in a field or a seculded beach at low tide, well, that's even better!

Friends of mine are the chefs for one of his dinners here in the Seattle. I volunteered to take photos for the event. smileys/smile.gif Can't wait!I've been following Jim's events for years, and now I finally figured out a way to go.
