I froze my sweet potato pie for the tomorrow's luncheon. Do I leave it in the frig until then

or does it have to sit out? Lunch is at 11:30, but remember, I have a LONG commute where it will be sitting in the back of the van.

Six decades old and this is my first frozen pie.

I think if you take it out of the freezer at 4am when you and the birdies rise, it should be thawed

by 11:30---or 12:30 when most might be getting to dessert. Or, take it out the night before and put in fridge.
