what to do with it... so I shredded it, then added a large carrot, shredded, and a medium onion, sliced thin. Hmmmmm... then I found about 3/4 cup of red seedless grapes left... sauteed this mix with some Meyer lemon evoo.... added some s & p, some celery seed, ground cardamom and ground sumac. It was a delightful accompaniment to my turkey meat loaf.
