for which you may need to order a huge roll. But if I'm not mistaken grocery store bags are food-grade.

I know I've been somewhere where it really was cut-up grocery bags (some tiny place in SW Virginia), but Hill Country BBQ uses some version of that.

(But if the high-end restaurant you're talking about was in Brooklyn, then I'd definitely wager it was hand-cut, artisanally sourced, grass-fed, organic grocery bags.) smileys/wink.gif
