I had no idea how much stuff I own - like who needs 13 casseroles???

We are finally moving into our new house after 2 years and 5 months of hard renovating work. We moved most of the furniture last weekend and are - hopefully - moving the rest this weekend.

The kitchen is full of boxes and stuff! I have unpacked some old boxes and i've found stuff I had no idea that I had bought. Like when I went to the casserole sale a few years ago and bought new cassroles. I've kept them in a box in the basement and I've totally forgotten about them so now I have 13 of them, all in all!

I cannot wait to get allt he stuff out so I can start cooking for REAL!

I've already cooked some but it's different when everything is in place.

I just wanted to drop by and say "hi".

Congrats on your new house! Great casserole story... smileys/smile.gif All my stuff is still in boxes, too...

I've lost count of how many muffin tins I've bought in the last ten years... smileys/wink.gif Since I have boxes in two countries, I figure at least I'll always be able to "drop in" anywhere and make a batch of blueberry muffins! smileys/bigsmile.gif

When they packed up our kitchen a few months ago....

they found a covered casserole full of x-mas cookies, from 3 years ago!

Beleive it or not, they looked fine, I would not have eaten them, but they were intact...

Some clever clog (I think I know which one...) decided to hide them so he could have all of them, and then probably forgot about them when he went home... Ithink Australian quarantine would have had something to say about them cookies!

Apart from that, they got 48 boxes out of my kitchen, and that did not inlcude any plates or glasses, just kitchen equipment...

Where am I going to put it all?!?!
