I had the most wonderful dinner salad tonight at a local restaurant...The salad is crunchy chicken

tenders on a bed of mixed greens with candied pecans, strawberries, dried cranberries, goat cheese, red onion and a sweet honey mustard dressing.

I had another dinner salad a few years ago but when I went back to the restaurant to have it again they'd taken it off the menu. It was very similar, only grilled chicken with peaches, spiced pecans and I have no memory of the rest; it could've been blue cheese dressing, but really not sure.

Such good flavors!

And, now that I'm dieting, salads are my new 'go to' food (minus the dressing:)
