and cheese later this month, and just wondering if I can freeze it... I know it might change texture, but as an ingredient it should be ok when thawed, right?

 
I think it will survive a nuclear holocaust so definitely a deep freeze

I've frozen it in dishes - sliced, chunked, shredded and it turns out fine.

 
I don't know how long you have had it but it lasts a LONG time in the

fridge, wrapped tight.

 
It's sealed and I've had it less than a week, so I think I'll try the refr - more room there too!
