I have a quart of fresh lemon juice. If I freeze it will it lose quality or can I use it the same

I have a tree so I squeeze and freeze all the time. I freeze in cubes which I keep in a ziploc

for those small recipe amounts, then I freeze by the cupful in ziplocs ( lay flat to freeze for quicker thawing) which is how much I need to make one pitcher of lemonade. Freezes beautifully.

 
We had 529 lemons this year from our tree. For the past several years, we juice lemons

and zest them. Juice goes into ice cube trays and when frozen, into the Food Saver bags. Zest goes into food saver bags, as well.
